Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager (Market facing Director) in the UK to lead Go-To-Market efforts and drive business development across the firm, focusing on TFO solutions and client engagements. You will coordinate with EY teams and external partners to deliver compelling proposals and outcomes.

The role requires deep GTM experience in a Big 4 environment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive GTM and solutioning experience in a professional services context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio and Excel for client materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Go-To-Market activities, including sales, pre-sales, and business development.
• Coordinate with regional teams to originate, solution and close pursuits with best-in-class collateral.
• Respond to RFPs, present to clients, and participate in negotiations.
