Job summary

Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc in Skipton, ENG, is seeking a Site MSAT Lead to provide technical leadership and direct line management of the MS&T team on site. The role includes product and process development, validation teams, and overseeing technology transfers from CMOs or other Dechra sites.

Qualifications

• Strong industrial experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (MS&T).
• Demonstrated leadership of a scientific team and site SLT participation.
• Experience with technology transfers, process optimisation and equipment evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for industrialisation of new products at site.
• Lead manufacturing optimisation and transfer projects across lines or CMOs.
• Support troubleshooting and qualification of processes and equipment, including training production staff.
• Identify improvements to products and processes for continuous improvement.
• Manage MS&T team performance and development at the site.
