A leading staffing agency in the UK is seeking an MSAT Associate Director to oversee the transfer and optimization of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The role requires expertise in GxP regulations, managing technical transfers, and driving continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to work globally and includes occasional travel to manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site-to-site technical transfers and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with small molecule formats including sterile products and capsules.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems including change control.
