• Work with the acute MS/PD team to contribute to a seamless service for patients.
• Assess, plan and implement tailored treatments across the MS/PD spectrum in routine and non‑routine situations.
• Demonstrate an equitable service through audit and clinical effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for patients and families.
