Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is assisting a reputable surveying practice in London Bridge to recruit a qualified Valuation Surveyor (MRICS / 2 years PQE) for their expanding valuation team, handling residential and commercial properties. The role covers clients north of the River Thames and requires travel within North London and NW London.

You will perform Red Book valuations for loan security, advise landowners on redevelopment opportunities, and contribute to development appraisals, planning

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status or working towards MRICS
• 2 years PQE in valuation
• Experience with Red Book valuations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Valuation of residential and commercial properties
• Carrying out Red Book valuations for loan security and regulatory purposes
• Advising land/property owners on redevelopment opportunities
• Experience in development appraisals
• Understanding of town planning and development
• Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
• Prepare ad-hoc valuation advice for senior colleagues
