Job summary

BTG Eddisons is seeking MRICS qualified valuers to work on loan security valuations across commercial and residential sectors. You will prepare valuations and strategic advice for a diverse client base and contribute to the development of junior team members.

Two+ years post-qualification experience is expected, with proficiency in Excel and Word; Kel/Argus training is available. This role supports projects across the UK from our established offices.

Qualifications

• MRICS Qualified and Registered Valuer required.
• At least two years post-qualification experience.
• Commercial and/or residential valuation experience.
• Competent in Excel and Word; Kel/Argus training available.

Responsibilities

• Work on a mix of valuations primarily for loan security across commercial and residential sectors.
• Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients.
• Play an active role in the development of more junior team members.
• Take day-to-day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision.
