Job summary

Flagship Consulting in Birmingham seeks an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to lead a wide range of professional and project work, providing technical leadership, client management and quality assurance across multiple sectors.

This long-established, multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy has a strong presence across the South West and a Bristol team offering exposure to Retail, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Public Sector and Residential work.

Qualifications

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) is required.
• Proven consultancy experience in multidisciplinary or commercial property environments.
• Experience across professional surveying and project work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver building surveys, condition surveys and schedules of dilapidations.
• Undertake feasibility studies, defect analysis and technical due diligence.
• Prepare high-quality reports, specifications and tender documentation.
• Manage refurbishment, maintenance and development projects.
• Oversee measured surveys and provide guidance on drawings.
