Job summary

Cheffins in Cambridge is seeking an MRICS-qualified Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their Professional Valuation Team. The role offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours from 15 hours per week, or full-time work.

The successful candidate will undertake Red Book valuations, manage a caseload independently, and produce high-quality valuation reports. A competitive package and career development support are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Registered RICS valuer.
• Confident managing own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Red Book valuations on residential properties.
• Produce Expert Witness reports when appropriate.
• Carry out property inspections and compliant valuation reports.
• Attend networking events to generate future work.
