Job summary

Colliers in London is seeking a Newly Chartered MRICS Project Manager to join our Project & Building Consultancy team. You will support delivery of projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has recently achieved MRICS, experience in consultancy, property or construction, and excellent communication and time management.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification (recently achieved or within 12–24 months).
• Experience in a consultancy, property, construction or project management environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Supporting project governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinating internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Preparing project documentation, reports and client presentations.
• Assisting with contract administration and change management processes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to business growth.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with quality, commercial and compliance requirements.
