Colliers UK is seeking a Newly Chartered (MRICS) Project Manager to join our London office. You will work with directors and senior PMs to deliver a diverse portfolio across commercial offices, industrial and life sciences, ensuring projects meet time, budget and quality targets.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain client relationships while supporting governance, procurement and reporting processes.

Qualifikationen

• MRICS qualification (recently achieved or within the last 12/24 months).
• Experience within a consultancy, property, construction or project management environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Aufgaben

• Managing projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Supporting project governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinating internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Preparing project documentation, reports and client presentations.
• Assisting with contract administration and change management processes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to business growth.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with quality, commercial and compliance requirements.
