Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit planning and building regulations applications.
• Produce tender specifications and manage selected projects.
• Carry out site inspections and diagnose defects.
• Produce accurate reports on building condition and compliance.

Skills

MRICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyor

Strong professional knowledge of building surveying practices
