Overview

As an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor working for a Birmingham based Construction Consultancy, you will be able to add real value and impact within a Birmingham-based Construction Consultancy and have the opportunity to become integral to the wider organisation. The successful and ideal MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor candidate will be involved in property & construction schemes from inception to completion, with responsibilities which include but won't be limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including Assistant Quantity Surveyors / Assistant Cost Managers & Apprentices
  • Employer's Agent
  • Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
  • Cost planning

Qualifications

Possessing a positive "can-do" attitude, the suitable person for the MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor job based in Birmingham must be able to demonstrate previous clear understanding and experience within a Quantity Surveying setting. You must also be required to show experience across a project life cycle from inception to completion.
