Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Training Officer for a leading apprenticeship provider covering Greater London and the South East. The role offers full training, a competitive salary and the ability to work from home with regional travel.

You should be an experienced Electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, AM2, and ideally ECS Gold Card or 2391; teaching or assessing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent apprenticeship.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification is required.
• AM2 qualification or ECS Gold Card is preferred.
• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be beneficial.
• Previous teaching or assessing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of electrical apprentices across London and the South East.
• Carry out workplace visits and apprentice progress reviews.
• Assess learners' skills, knowledge and behaviours.
• Support apprentices and employers to achieve successful outcomes.
• Prepare apprentices for gateway, end-point assessments and AM2.
• Full training and professional development provided.
• Home-based role with regional travel required.
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (35-hour working week).
