The ideal candidate is an Electrician with Level 3 electrotechnical qualification and at least three years of hands-on experience, eager to move into training and teaching within a supportive, family-run environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills essential for training adult learners.
• Minimum three years of practical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 electrical installation courses and related qualifications.
• Progress to delivering courses like the 18th Edition and PAT Testing.
• Fully funded teaching and assessing qualifications for trainers.
• Shadowing and support from experienced trainers during onboarding.
• Engage in ongoing technical training and expand course delivery.
• Based primarily in Northolt with occasional travel to Luton.
