haart Spalding is seeking a Move Manager / Sales Progressor to keep the branch operations smooth and efficient. You willcoordinate sales progression and manage client relationships throughout the home-buying journey.

The role requires a proven administrative track record, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to learn within the property industry. Salary ranges from £20,000–£22,000 with OTE up to £30,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in administrative roles.
• Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and home buying process is desirable.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of branch sales progression.
• Assist with and process home sales from offer to completion.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Support the wider team to deliver an efficient customer experience.
