Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Operative - Moulding Preparation to join our skilled manufacturing team. The role runs Monday to Friday on day shifts from 07:00 to 15:00, with a focus on hands-on production and high-quality output.

You will prepare moulded components, assist in assembly and finishing, and use hand and power tools safely. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in production/engineering environments and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience or equivalent
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare moulded components for assembly and production
• Assist with assembly and finishing of moulded parts
• Carry out bonding, cutting, grinding and coating processes
• Use workshop hand tools and power tools safely
• Support production of sub-assemblies when required
• Inspect finished components for quality
• Work with Team Leader to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Support other areas of manufacturing when required
