Job summary

M-Sport UK at Dovenby Hall is recruiting a Transport Coordinator to plan and coordinate transport operations across the UK, Europe and worldwide events. This fast‑paced motorsport environment requires logistics precision, proactive communication and strong administrative skills to support the transport team.

You will manage carnet and customs documentation, source and onboard drivers, monitor invoices and budgets, and plan complex European routes for race and test events.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or motorsport transport coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple carnet and customs documentation.
• Strong MS Office skills with transport software proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carnet & customs management: create, maintain and process ATA Carnets and shipping docs.
• Driver & fleet administration: source onboard and manage contract drivers with compliance.
• Invoice & financial tracking: monitor, verify and approve driver invoices and costs.
• Compliance & regulations: understand tachograph laws and basic O-Licence requirements.
• European route planning: plan multi-stop routes and coordinate ferry crossings.
• Event logistics: manage time-critical freight and equipment movements for events.
• Supplier liaison: contact external partners, freight agents and internal teams.
