M-Sport Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Fabricator to join the Fabrications Department at Dovenby Hall. You will manufacture, prepare and deliver high‑performance competition components as part of a skilled team, ensuring quality and precision.

The role involves shell fabrication, sheet metal components, welding, interpretation of drawings and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in a fast‑paced motorsport environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 Fabrication and Welding standard.
• Strong practical fabrication skills with sheet metal and shells.
• Competent in welding processes with attention to weld quality.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate vehicle shells and structural components to competition specs.
• Manufacture and fit sheet metal components, brackets and reinforcements.
• Perform welding with MIG/TIG to high-quality standards.
• Prepare and assemble vehicle shells in line with engineering requirements.
• Interpret drawings and ensure accurate fitment and alignment.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
