Job summary

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains is offering a Level 4 IT Software Apprenticeship Programme based in Brixworth. The programme leads toward a Level 4 Applications Support Lead qualification and involves exciting projects across Motorsport and Advanced Technology on the Formula 1 racetrack and road.

You will develop software solutions, troubleshoot IT issues, and contribute to system improvements while building in-demand technical skills and professional growth within a renowned

Qualifications

GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4 or above.
Interest in writing software and delivering solutions.
Willingness to study towards Level 4 qualification.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and technical excellence while troubleshooting and resolving software and IT issues for colleagues across the business.
Collaboratively improve systems and procedures to reduce complexity and improve reliability.
Develop bespoke software solutions for rollout across the company.
Deliver software solutions using appropriate programming languages and technologies to support IT services.
