Job summary

Motion Applied is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support customers using our motorsport hardware and software, including off-car configuration and data analytics tools. The role may involve worldwide travel, unsocial hours, and weekend work.

You will interact with multiple departments to maximise value from Motion Applied products and represent the customer internally to guide future development and product strategy.

Qualifications

Graduate engineer with 2:1 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

Provide trackside and remote support at customer premises.
Represent customer viewpoint within Motion Applied and influence product strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive issue resolution.
Improve departmental procedures and knowledge base.
Lead development projects with minimal supervision.
Diagnose hardware and software problems to determine root cause.
Identify opportunities to add value with Motion Applied products.
