Job summary

Porsche Cars GB is seeking a Motorsport Events Planner to assist in planning and delivering all motorsport events alongside the Head of Motorsport. The role involves UK travel and weekend work, with duties spanning logistics, supplier procurement, on-site supervision and guest management.

Applicants should have A Level education with experience in planning events and hospitality, strong communication skills and a track record in managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• A Level education with experience in planning Events and working in the Hospitality sector.
• Experience in Hospitality, Events or live Event operations.
• Experience in Event Planning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Motorsport in all motorsport event delivery aspects, including logistics, preparation and on-site supervision.
• Coordinate procurement of event suppliers and oversee guest management.
• Prepare pre-event documents, sign-on sheets and information screens.
• Ensure compliance with official motorsport bodies (TOCA, MSA, BARC).
• Collaborate with Porsche Centres and other departments to maintain brand presence at events.
