Halfords in Farnham is seeking a part-time colleague to help motor and cycling customers with service, fitting and repairs. You will work 20 hours per week, delivering car parts fitting, cycle servicing and technology fitting both in-store and in the car park, while maintaining high standards of customer care.

Training is provided to build skills, with opportunities to progress within Retail or other areas of the Group. A proactive approach and a customer-focused sales mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Knowledge or experience with car parts fitting and cycle repair preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with car parts fitting and cycle repair in-store or in the car park.
• Deliver a range of services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Strive to achieve sales targets while delivering market-leading service standards.
