Halfords in Bristol is seeking a part-time Customer Services Advisor to assist customers with car parts fitting and cycle services. You will deliver high standards of service in-store and in the car park, helping customers choose the right products and solutions for their motoring and cycling needs.

The role offers a friendly working environment, training, and opportunities to develop skills in a fast-growing retailer focused on motoring services and electric mobility.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair is a plus.
• Experience meeting sales targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in car parts fitting and cycle servicing.
• Work on customers' vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store.
