Job summary

BMW Group in Farnborough is offering a Motorrad Aftersales Business Development Assistant placement year. You will support the Customer Support team for the UK & Ireland, help with reporting, and contribute to retention programmes and product offers.

You will engage with the retailer network, analyze data, and assist in market-driven initiatives to maximise programme uptake and RPMs. The role requires organisational skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and elevate observations to stakeholders within Motorrad and the Retailer Network.
• Develop and maintain Motorrad Riders Equipment and Motorcycle accessory offers and retention programmes.
• Provide forecasting and reporting of Parts and Accessories performance.
• Assist in setting SMART Retailer Targets for Parts, Motorcycle Equipment, Riders Equipment, Oils and Chemicals.
• Identify underperforming retailers and address causes via coaching or consultants.
• Assist in design and implementation of Tactical sales promotions and promotions.
• Manage escalated Parts, Accessories and Riders Equipment queries.
