Job summary

BMW Group Farnborough invites a Motorrad Aftersales Business Development Assistant for a placement year. You will support the Customer Support team for the UK & Ireland, assist with reporting, and help develop parts, accessories and Rider Equipment offers alongside retention initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting for Motorrad Customer Support and network.
• Develop and maintain parts, accessories and Rider Equipment offers.
• Provide forecasting and reporting of performance metrics.
• Assist in developing retention programmes for retailers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to implement programs.
