Job summary

Halfords is seeking a customer-focused team member in Cookstown to deliver car parts fitting and cycle services. You’ll work in-store and in the car park, helping customers with a wide range of fitting services and repairs. Full training is provided to develop the skills required for market-leading service.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service in retail sales environment
• Proactive in understanding customer needs
• Willingness to work on a rota including weekends
• Some knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair (preferred)
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car parts fitting and cycle repairs
• Carry out services in-store and in customers' vehicles in the car park
• Deliver market-leading standards of service and quick, efficient work
• Support customers and upsell appropriate products and services
• Participate in training to develop skills and career progression
