Halfords is hiring a Customer Services Advisor at Hinckley Retail Park. You will greet customers, understand their needs and guide them through car parts fitting, cycle services and related products in-store and in the car park.

We provide comprehensive training to develop your skills, support progression, and offer benefits including staff discounts, health plan and pension options. A weekend rota is included to suit customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Work with customers in-store and in the car park to ensure a positive shopping experience.
