Job summary

Halfords is looking for a part-time Retail Colleague in Paisley to support customers with motoring and cycling needs. You will perform car parts fitting, cycle servicing and related tasks in-store and in the car park, delivering excellent service and building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Some knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair.
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Work with customers’ vehicles in the car park and bikes in-store.
• Develop practical problem solving skills and work quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver market-leading standards of service and customer satisfaction.
