Allscreens Nationwide Ltd on behalf of a franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in Abingdon is seeking a dedicated motorcycle Service Advisor. You will be the face of the aftersales team, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting dealership growth.

Responsibilities include promoting services, advising on maintenance and merchandise, and processing payments and warranty claims while building lasting customer relationships. Training and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within automotive or motorcycle sector.
• Strong organisational skills and focus on performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and endorse the dealership’s aftersales services to customers.
• Provide expert advice on motorcycle maintenance, repairs, and merchandise.
• Manage customer walk-ins and ensure high service standards.
• Process payments, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and prepare parts for workshop jobs.
• Support sales of clothing, accessories, and merchandise.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to meet targets.
