Job summary

Vines Group is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join its BMW Motorrad team in Guildford. This role offers uncapped commission, with earnings driven by performance, plus clear progression as you excel.

OTE figures show potential earnings from £49,630 up to £59,366+ with base salary increasing with service, plus bonuses and multi-revenue stream commissions on new/used bike sales, finance, paint, GAP, add-ons, parts, and quarterly bonuses up to £5,500.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within motorcycles or automotive industry.
• Enthusiasm for motorcycles; knowledge of motorcycle components is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit, supportive team.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities.
• A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
