Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is partnering with a well established motorcycle dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon to recruit a Motorcycle Parts Advisor. You’ll be at the heart of the Parts Department, supplying parts and accessories to Technicians while supporting retail, trade and internal customers.

It’s a busy role that requires motorcycle knowledge, strong organisation and attention to detail. You’ll manage day-to-day stock, source parts, handle orders and invoices, build relationships with

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Advisor experience, ideally within a motorcycle or automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories and applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and sourcing the correct motorcycle parts and accessories.
• Supplying parts to Technicians and the workshop.
• Dealing with retail, trade and internal customer enquiries.
• Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Checking deliveries, processing returns and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Keeping the Parts Department organised and efficient.
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and the wider Aftersales team.
• Identifying additional parts requirements and helping keep workshop jobs moving.
• Processing orders, invoices and relevant administration accurately.
• Working towards departmental targets and KPIs.
