Motor Vehicle Technician

Franchised Motor Dealership - Nottingham

Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy site in Nottingham. Working with one of the largest groups in the UK, this is a role you don't want to miss!

Basic Salary from £32k depending on experience

Monthly bonuses of up to £1200, uncapped.

Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. Saturdays are 1 in 3 - on a rota basis and paid as overtime.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety.
2. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements.
3. Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communication.
4. Maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering trust that leads to repeat business and referrals.
5. Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
6. Offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians in the workshop, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
