Service Vehicle Technician – Derby

Main Dealership – £35,000

Our client is a main dealership in Derby and they are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This role offers a great opportunity to progress your career as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership.

Key Details for the Service Vehicle Technician Position

• Salary: £35,000+ bonus
• Working Hours: 45 hours per week with weekends on rota
• Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
• Benefits: Full manufacturer training (from EV to Master Technician), life assurance, and pension scheme

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standards
• Carry out all work effectively and to a high standard as a Service Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience working in a dealership as a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic (or similar)
• Valid Driving License
