A prestigious franchise dealer in Leicester is seeking an experienced Technician. The role offers a competitive salary based on qualifications, with an uncapped bonus scheme. Ideal candidates will have formal automotive qualifications and a dedication to quality service. Training is provided for those not currently in a franchised dealership.
Prestige Franchise Dealer
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Technician to join their workshop in Leicester.
Salary: Basic between £28,000 and £38,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Additional Bonus: Uncapped scheme, up to £10,000 per annum!
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00; Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00, 1 in 4, totaling 40 hours a week.
You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
Ideally, you will have the ability to work within given timescales and handle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing. Diagnostic skills and problem-solving experience are desirable but not essential.
