The Duties:

• Travel to client sites to diagnose faults, service, and carry out emergency repairs/breakdowns on forklifts.
• Collaborate with customers regarding lifting and handling products.
• Work independently at customer sites and with colleagues to ensure proper documentation and solutions.
• Perform repairs on engines, batteries, pneumatics, hydraulics, and conduct mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.

The Requirements:

• Previous experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems (essential)
• Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (advantageous)
• Experience in Forklift, Plant, HGV, or Agricultural industries (advantageous)
• Experience working with engines and batteries (advantageous)
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
• Full UK Drivers License
