Job summary

Dovetail and Slate Ltd in the Preston area is seeking two enthusiastic and innovative Lecturers in Motor Vehicle studies to inspire the next generation of automotive specialists.

You will deliver engaging practical and theoretical teaching across Level 1 to Level 3 vocational programmes, in industry-standard workshops equipped with modern diagnostic tools, including hybrid and electric vehicles.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (or recognized equivalent automotive qualification).
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for apprenticeships, higher-level study, or industry employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging practical and theoretical teaching across Level 1 to Level 3 vocational programmes.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment in industry-standard workshops with modern diagnostic tools and emerging technologies, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
