Job summary

Brooksby College is seeking a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join the automotive team. Deliver teaching across Motor Vehicle provision, including study programmes and apprenticeship pathways, with emphasis on planning engaging lessons and staying current with industry trends.

The role requires a degree in a relevant subject, experience in vocational programme delivery, and strong planning and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject area.
• Experience designing and delivering vocational/academic programmes to learners.
• Excellent planning, administration & organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons covering a broad range of engineering skills, knowledge and behaviours.
• Support curriculum development, especially in vehicle electrification and alternative fuels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve automotive offerings and exceed learner and employer expectations.
