Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked: Legal 500 firm within their market leading motor fraud team.

They are seeking to appoint an experienced Lawyer to work alongside their existing team, managing a caseload of litigated fraud cases including exaggeration, LSI, bogus passengers, slam on, credit hire, and fraud rings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigated fraud experience, with sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules, and Court procedures.

This role offers great progression opportunities within a supportive team environment.
