Title: Housing Litigation Solicitor
Locations: Manchester City Centre or Lancashire
Are you a qualified Solicitor (or CILEX equivalent) with experience in social housing litigation looking for an opportunity within a collaborative, supportive and professional team? The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be handling a diverse caseload of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes. Your caseload will include anti-social behaviour, housing management matters and some residential leasehold cases as well as more complex cases.
You will attend Court hearings representing clients in various matters including applications, committal hearings, directions and case management hearings with a view to develop the necessary skills to conduct trials.
