We're Hiring: Fraud Litigation Specialist (Solicitor or Experienced Fee Earner)

Location: Liverpool or UK-wide (flexible/hybrid options)

An established legal practice is looking to expand its growing Fraud team with the addition of a Fraud Litigation Specialist. Whether you’re a qualified solicitor or an experienced fee earner with a strong background in insurance or motor fraud, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a caseload of litigated fraud matters from instruction through to resolution
• Investigate suspected fraudulent activity using a strategic and analytical approach
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients across the motor, insurance, and FS sectors
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless case progression

Who We’re Looking For:

• Either a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales, 1+ PQE) or an experienced litigation professional with a demonstrable background in fraud litigation
• Strong knowledge of motor/insurance fraud, relevant procedures, and case law
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
