Fully Remote! Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner / File Handler

A highly successful and growing firm is looking to recruit a number of experienced Conveyancers.

They are making impressive growth in the market, having continued to recruit during the downturn of 2023, with further expansion planned for 2024 and beyond.

They seek experienced Conveyancers who want to prioritize excellent customer service.

This firm offers either complete home working or a hybrid working model depending on location, with a salary ranging from £30k-£50k DOE + bonus, 25 days holiday (which can increase with service), and additional benefits such as BUPA private medical and paid sick leave.

This role involves handling a caseload capped at 75 files (additional files can be requested if desired) through to completion. Experience in Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchase is essential; support and training will be provided.

The firm prides itself on quality of work and is looking for Conveyancers who share their vision of delivering high-quality conveyancing services rather than volume.

Due to the remote working setup, they are open to candidates from all locations and will provide access to the latest technology to ensure success in the role.
