Job summary

Hastings Direct is seeking a Transformation Manager for Motor Claims. The role focuses on end-to-end transformation, leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable change across processes and journeys in a hybrid environment.

You will combine commercial acumen with digital and agile delivery, turning strategy into action and embedding lasting change across operations, commercial, and supplier teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering wider transformation and change within insurance or regulated environments.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated delivery of results through collaboration, pace and disciplined execution.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives within Motor Claims, from concept to operational adoption.
• Design journeys (systems, tools, processes) aligned to strategic objectives.
• Plan, govern, and track progress with a focus on timelines and quality.
• Promote a test-and-learn culture, balancing risk with insight and customer feedback.
