Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are required.
• Previous motor claims experience is essential, including liability investigations and settlement processes.
• Strong customer service skills demonstrated in a professional office setting with positive outcomes.
• Ability to work independently using initiative while contributing effectively in a team.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Experience working towards monthly targets and objectives, with a commitment to team goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor claims from initial notification through to settlement.
• Guide customers through the claims journey, including liability investigations and vehicle damage.
• Develop ownership of claims, conducting investigations and driving timely, fair resolutions.
• Maintain accurate data and foster strong internal and external relationships to support processing.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage a varied caseload with professionalism.
