Job summary

Flint Bishop in Birmingham, UK, is recruiting a Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Insurance Litigation team. The successful candidate will support the defence of motor-related personal injury claims and gain exposure to MOJ Stage 3 cases, infant approvals, and liability disputes.

You will work either from our Derby or Birmingham office, report to the Head of Insurance Litigation, and collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop key strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in motor-related personal injury matters.
Caseload includes OIC liability/quantum litigated cases or MOJ Stage 3 cases.
Strong academic background.
Excellent client care skills.
Good knowledge of IT systems and processes.
Team player and able to lead others.
Strong networking and client development abilities.

We are recruiting for a Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Litigation team. The successful candidate would be joining the firm at an exciting time, having enjoyed significant and sustained growth. We work with a range of clients, including individuals, insurers, and self-insured companies. If you can deliver the exceptional quality client service and share our ethos and commitment to building long-lasting client relationships, this role may be ideal for you. We are looking for individuals who have either claimant or defendant experience in road traffic accident claims. The role is full time, based at either our Derby or Birmingham office, reporting to the Head of Insurance Litigation.

Have a good academic background.

Have excellent knowledge of IT systems and processes.
Be a team player and able to get on with and lead others.
Possess excellent networking and client development skills.
