Job summary

Keoghs is seeking a File Handler to manage a caseload of litigated motor claims and MOJ files from diverse clients. You will develop case strategy, review information, and pursue rapid settlements while ensuring accurate case management and records.

You will liaise with clients and third party solicitors, allocate costs, review files, and provide timely updates. The role requires excellent communication, IT skills, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling litigated files.
• Understanding MOJ processes at all stages.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills and case management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Handle caseload of litigated motor claims to settlement.
• Create case strategy per client guidelines.
• Assess liability and negotiate with solicitors.
• Maintain case management and billing records.
• Allocate funds and ensure client payments.
• Provide written updates to clients on progress.
• Ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
• Meet performance targets and ISO 9001 guidelines.
