Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively manage all aspects of a claim from notification through to conclusion.
2. Provide an excellent claims handling service, in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
3. Investigate and resolve claims in a professional, timely, and proactive manner.
4. Manage and exceed customer expectations, prioritising work to resolve disputes in claim settlements.
5. Handle damage to policyholders’ vehicles, utilizing the network of repairers where possible.
6. Update additional information on existing claims.
7. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery to clients.
8. Respond to correspondence from customers, third parties, insurers, and brokers.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling technical motor claims from start to finish.
• Technical insurance knowledge, including third-party, personal injury, or accidental damage claims.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm.
