Role Overview

The Motion Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and creative execution of a range of online sweepstakes, casino, and sportsbook brands in the U.S. market. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that enhance our brands, captivate audiences, and drive engagement. You will work closely with the wider creative team to develop compelling assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Development:

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital channels, including websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Develop engaging promotional videos, brand animations, and UI motion elements that elevate the user experience.
• Translate brand guidelines into visually compelling motion content supporting marketing initiatives and product storytelling.

Brand Support:

• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure motion assets align with overall brand positioning and messaging.
• Maintain consistency across brands while adapting motion styles for different target audiences and brand personalities.
• Contribute to developing and refining animation and video templates for efficiency and scalability.

Technical Execution:

• Utilize industry-standard software to create polished animations and videos.
• Optimize animations and assets for various media formats and platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets meeting performance criteria for digital advertising, social media, and web environments.

Innovation & Process Improvement:

• Stay updated with motion design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Experiment with new animation techniques and storytelling methods to enhance engagement.
• Improve workflows and file management for better efficiency and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, ideally in iGaming, entertainment, or advertising industries.
• Expertise in motion design software (Spine, Blender, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop is a plus).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating motion assets for digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Ability to work on multiple brands, adapting styles as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Experience with video editing and sound design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion design across different formats and styles.
