Job summary
Listers Volvo Worcester is seeking a certificated MOT Tester to join our busy workshop, handling MOT testing plus supporting tasks. Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday rota mornings. We offer an excellent basic salary and OTE up to £35,000 with benefits.
You will work to DVSA standards, handle paperwork to manufacturer/brand requirements, and may train on systems like CitNOW. Applicants must hold DVSA Class 4 and 7 MOT licences and have a full driving licence; brand training
Qualifications
- Must hold DVSA Class 4 and 7 MOT licences with up-to-date training
- Experience as Motor Vehicle Technician; brand training provided
- Experience meeting Health and Safety and quality standards
- Full driving licence required
Responsibilities
- Perform MOT testing
- Operate additional systems such as CitNOW
- Complete paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards
- Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge
- Work within DVSA framework
- Maintain customer satisfaction and its impact on the business
- Ensure all work meets established procedures and standards
