Job summary

Listers BMW Boston is recruiting a certificated MOT Tester to join our busy workshop, supporting MOT tests and essential service tasks. Our team benefits from industry-leading pay plans reflective of experience, with an excellent basic salary and OTE up to £36,000 plus benefits.

You will be trained to operate additional systems such as CitNOW video reporting, complete all paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards, and work within the DVSA framework to ensure high customer satisfaction and

Qualifications

Must hold DVSA Class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence with up-to-date training record.
Full Driving Licence.
Experience as Motor Vehicle Technician preferred but not essential as brand training will be provided.
Experience meeting Health and Safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

MOT Testing.
Operate video reporting systems such as CitNOW.
Complete paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge.
Work within the DVSA framework.
Focus on customer satisfaction and its impact on the business.
Ensure all work is completed to high standards within timescales and procedures.
