Job summary

Listers Volvo Worcester is seeking a certificated MOT Tester to join our busy workshop, supporting MOT tests and related service work. The role offers an excellent salary package and opportunities for training within a modern facility.

You will perform MOT testing to DVSA standards, work with the team, and complete manufacturer paperwork. A valid MOT license, driving licence, and commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

Must have a valid class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence with DVSA and up-to-date training.
Experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician is beneficial but not essential as brand training will be provided.
Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality.
Full Driving licence.

Responsibilities

MOT testing as main responsibility.
Operate additional systems such as video reporting e.g CitNOW.
Complete paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
Work closely with workshop team to learn and share knowledge.
Work within DVSA framework.
Understand Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard within required timescales and standards.
